What are EC fans?
- EC stands for Electronically Commutated, which basically means it is a fan with a brushless DC motor. Basic DC motors rely on carbon brushes and a commutation ring to switch the current direction, and therefore the magnetic field polarity in a rotating armature. In short, these are more efficient fans.
How much do they cost to run?
- Our running cost are one of the lowest available due to our own specially designed fans.
Constant 24/7 Extraction or Ventilation
- For ventilation to be effective always look for systems which can do low flow rates down to 20l/sec. Low flow rates are required when air temperatures are low, and most systems have to turn as they affect the thermal comfort of your home
